Delivery Information

We only ship to the UK and orders from outside the UK will unfortunately have to be refused. Please contact your local distributor.

If you have urgent or specific delivery needs or would like your order delivered on a specific date, please contact us before ordering.

We use a range of different delivery options to get your order out to you as quickly as possible. Whilst we do our best to carry a large range of items in stock obviously this can prove quite difficult at times but we do our very best to offer a next day service. We are not a online warehouse rather we are an established retailer with premises you can visit for excellent demonstration facilities and customer service. Many of our headphone distributors are willing to ship next day direct to our customers.

Certain brands such as Stax and Bryston build their products to order so this can often lead to a longer delivery period. If you would like to check the stock status of any products please feel free to get in touch and we can give you the latest availability on the products you are interested in. As part of the order process we will keep you informed of delivery timescales and keep you updated once we receive further information.

Our high standard of customer service extends all the way to your front door. Our aim is to get your headphones and audio products to you as fast as we possibly can and we work hard with our delivery partners to make sure that always happens.

As well as making sure your order is with you in the fastest possible time, we also aim to keep you fully informed every step of the way. Not only do we email you with an order confirmation, you’ll also receive an email when the order’s ready to dispatch, complete with a tracking number that allows you to stay completely up to date with the status of your delivery 24 hours a day.

We realise that not everybody is available to collect their parcels at all times. Please note that once your delivery has left our warehouse we can only take limited accountability for it. If problems occur, we will of course do everything in our power to help you solve them however we do not govern the courier company, so your delivery is largely in their hands. Should you not be at the delivery address when the courier delivers your parcel, they will leave a note to inform you of its whereabouts.

On the rare occasion that the delivery time is likely to exceed the expected date, we will give you a quick call to let you know.

Please note any order placed on a weekend or bank holiday will not be processed until the next working day.


UK Delivery of Standard Items

All items on our website can be delivered within the UK for £10.00 per delivery address. Standard Delivery takes between 2 to 5 working days although we will do our best to offer a next day service although this is not guaranteed. We use UPS couriers (Hermes Couriers are used for Highlands and Islands of UK) to get your order to you as quickly as possible although we may occasionally use other couriers. Most of our deliveries will require a signature.

Please note that oversized items may incur an additional shipping surcharge. 

We cannot guarantee delivery in these time frames unless we have the full and correct delivery address (including company name if applicable). We’re also happy to deliver to a neighbour or to your work, whatever suits you best!

Sometimes, for example during exceptionally busy periods, there is a chance your order may be slightly delayed. If this does occur, we shall inform you as soon as possible.


Overseas Deliveries

We do not offer overseas delivery outside the UK.

(Jersey, Guernsey, Isle of Man)

Please note that some addresses like the Channel Islands, Scottish Highlands and Ireland may take a little longer and are not available for Next Day delivery. We do not currently ship to any other Channel Islands. All deliveries are subject to the couriers Terms and Conditions.

If you live in the Channel Islands all delivery charges are based on the weight of the order so feel free to contact us with details of your order for a VAT free quotation.
