We do not supply goods on a demonstration basis unless otherwise agreed. If you are not sure about the product you need, we advise that you contact us with your requirements and you can also arrange to visit our superb demonstration facilities where you can relax and get the best customer service and advice. Under once roof you can try all the best headphones and amps in our beautiful converted stable building. We offer knowledgeable and accurate advice so please do call us, e-mail or visit us to discuss your needs.
We believe there shouldn't be a problem that can't be resolved and we will always go the extra mile to keep our customers happy. Please bear in the mind that Sunday and Bank Holidays are non-working days.
